Nature Medicine Retreat

An experience to step out of the noise and design the ecosystem you thrive in

so you can enter your next chapter with clarity, purpose and tangible next steps.

June 9-13th, Red Lodge, Montana

You're standing at the threshold.

You can feel the pull toward what’s next - there’s energy, possibility, even a sense of excitement.

And at the same time, there’s a part of you that's squirmy and uncertain because it’s not fully here yet.

A new chapter. A crossroads.

A different way of living, working and showing up in your relationships.

And you don’t want to miss it.

But instead of clarity, there’s noise.

Expectations. Responsibilities. Constant input.

So you keep going . . . while a part of you waits.

The Conditions Around You Are Changing

We’re living in a time of constant input, increasing noise

and technology moving faster than we can physically keep up.

It’s harder than ever to hear yourself think let alone know what’s actually right for you.

We’re hyperconnected, yet more than ever, people feel isolated.

You can consume endless information and still feel unclear.

Most people respond by pushing harder. Trying to think their way through it.
Optimizing, improving, adjusting.

But more input doesn’t create clarity.

Space does.

And without space, something important happens.

You start making decisions from habit, expectation, or urgency instead of alignment.

Creating the conditions for you to thrive isn't optional anymore.

Because the world isn’t slowing down.

And if you don’t intentionally step out of the noise,
you will keep adapting to environments that pull you further away from yourself.

This is your chance to step out of the noise & intentionally design the conditions for your next chapter.

Together, we'll design your unique ecosystem so you can thrive.

There is intelligence to nature.

Ecosystems are that intelligence in action

quietly organizing life to grow, adapt, and thrive.

When conditions are right, things flourish.
When they’re not, life dries up and it takes more effort to produce less.

Yet as humans, we aren't taught to tend to our ecosystem.

We're taught to push harder, to fix ourselves.

To override what isn't working and keep going.

So we ignore the conditions we actually need and wonder

why we feel depleted, stuck and overextended.

We forget that we're a part of natural intelligence, not apart.

It's time to remember.

Cultural conditioning tells us to see ourselves as the problem.

If something isn't working, it must be you.

Not disciplined enough, not clear enough or not doing it the 'right way'.

Your vision board is too crowded, your incense stinks and you need to be more

careful but also more charismatic.

But often the issue isn’t you.

It’s the soil - the conditions around you.

You may be capable, experienced, and ready to grow and still be in an ecosystem that doesn't fit.

If a garden isn’t thriving, we don’t scold the plants.

We look at the ecosystem.

Is the soil fertile?

Are the roots crowded?

Is there enough sunlight and water?

We don’t question the plant’s worthiness. We adjust the conditions.

WHEN YOU'RE IN AN ECOSYSTEM THAT DOESN'T FIT:

~ You’ve built a life that looks 'good on paper' but you keep catching yourself thinking, is this it?

~ You say yes out of habit—caretaking, managing, holding it all together, while a quiet resentment grows in the background.

~ You contort yourself into a pretzel to keep the peace or make people around you happy.

~ You take on more responsibility (because it really is easier to do it all yourself than have that conversation again).

~ You keep working to improve yourself but the dynamics around you don't change.

~ You’ve outgrown parts of your life (work, relationships, roles) but everything around you still expects you to be that version of yourself.

~ You keep pushing off what you really want because it feels unclear, impractical, or like it might disrupt too much.

THE COST OF STAYING HERE:

~ Another year passes in the same patterns, but you've just learned to tolerate it more.

~ The clarity you’re craving never quite lands because you never fully step out of the noise long enough to hear it.

~ Your dreams get delayed, minimized, or slowly talked out of.

~ You become exceptionally good at maintaining a life that no longer fits and it's harder to find joy.

~ You don't follow what's calling you and feel regret creeping in at the edges.

~ You recreate conditions and relationships that are familiar but not fulfilling.

WHEN YOU'RE IN A THRIVING ECOSYSTEM:

~ Like a plant in the right climate, growth happens naturally, you’re no longer trying to force what doesn’t fit or convince yourself it should.

~ You notice who energizes you and who drains you. And choose you, even when it’s uncomfortable.

~ Collaboration feels natural. There’s less comparison & competition and more experience of 'enough'.

~ Your energy feels more consistent. You’re no longer running on empty and have enough for what actually matters to you.

~ You spend less time managing everything and more time engaging with what’s meaningful, creative, and important to you.

~ You make decisions from clarity instead of obligation. You’re no longer organizing your life around what everyone else needs or expects.

~ Your roots go deeper, not wider. There’s a sense of stability, presence, and grounded momentum.

~ And as things shift for you, they start to shift around you—your relationships, your work, your opportunities begin to reflect the environment you’ve created.

We've spent a milliennia shaping nature.

What if, for a few days, you let nature shape you?

The Experience:

Your Ecosystem

Designed from the inside Out

Evaluate and tend to your ecosystem through guided exercises, discussions & observations throughout the week:

~ Consider your environment from a whole new perspective, understand why & where things get sticky and how to shift it

~ Identify where you’re spending energy and if it feeds you

~ Clarify what’s nourishing you, where energy is leaking and what needs adjustment

~ Align your ecosystem to where & what you want to spend your energy on without falling into the trap of pushing harder or trying to “improve yourself”

Create conditions conducive to more life.

Once in a lifetime adventure

Learn from ecosystems in action . . .

Through a private, guided tour we'll observe the iconic wild horses of the Pryor Mountains in the very first protected horse management area in the United States.

Explore how their environment shapes behavior, collaboration, and resilience and what they can teach you about designing your own ecosystem.

Enjoy the wonder of seeing wild horses in their natural habitat and the amazing views from the top of the Pryors. There should be new spring babies to see too!

We'll visit the Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary to learn how humans have curated an ecosystem for animals that are unable to return to the wild and are given a forever home at the sanctuary.

Enjoy seeing the animals, the interconnectedness of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and how a small group of people followed their hearts to create big impact through this sanctuary that is now over 40 years old.

Who knows what this may inspire in you!

S: Say Yes - Claim it!

Plant your seed! Committing to your vision is step one. Your YES is what starts to move mountains, spark synchronicities & tell the Universe exactly what & who to send you.

E: Embody & Energize your possibility

Energy makes or breaks possibilities. You will identify & embody the Essential Energy that feels VITAL & ALIVE and activates you to become the steward of your seed. From this energy, your perspective shifts - the impossible becomes possible, you see new opportunities & solutions appear with ease.

E: Evaluate your ecosystem

If a garden isn't thriving, we don't scold the plants. We adjust the conditions. Same for you (this is one of the most overlooked reasons that we stall out). We'll assess what's feeding & depleting you and what conditions need to shift for you & your seed to thrive. You'll be supported by like-hearted humans who get it & want you to succeed.

D: Design your best next step

While big moves can look sexy from the outside, what actually moves the needle are small, consistent, nervous system-sized steps that have you feeling confident, not hungover. Together, we'll design the next step that has you feeling clear, excited & sure-footed by the time you leave for home.

You'll walk away from this retreat with:

  • A clear blueprint for the unique ecosystem you thrive in so that you experience more ease, flow & satisfaction.

  • Tangible next steps for implementing your ecosystem shifts when you return home so you're not left wondering what to do with your newfound clarity.

  • Inspiration, insight and perspective from observing ecosystems in action — both human and more-than-human.

  • Feeling refreshed and revitalized, regulated in a way only nature and genuine connection can provide.

  • Confidence to stop questioning what you need to 'improve about yourself' and instead consider your environment as a key factor in your success (one of the most overlooked pitfalls for competent, capable & successful women).

  • A clear head, having stepped away from the noise and chaos of everyday life.

  • Connected to what's calling you now.

This is a week for recalibration, slowing down and letting nature shape you.

Testimonials

When you say yes to retreat, your whole world starts to change for the better.

And, what happens on retreat never stays on retreat - magic creates a ripple effect.

The biggest obstacle I had to overcome to commit to this life-changing experience was actually, me.  I could find a lot of excuses why it wasn't the right time to go on a retreat; money, time, family, even other people’s judgments but in the end I knew those were all just excuses I was creating out of fear of the unknown and the challenge of spiritual growth.

I was at a point in my life where I had done a lot of work (therapy, counseling programs, books, etc) but still felt stuck.  This retreat and Lisa's guidance was the spiritual resuscitation my system needed to move forward in my life and my spiritual and emotional growth.   If you are at a point where you are ready for true change then this is exactly the experience that can change your life.

- Erin H.

There’s something about the space that she holds. It’s very safe, very sacred, and really deep. And yet we do this really deep, profound work with a sense of playfulness and humor. You can’t beat her humor. I knew I wanted to work with Lisa the moment I met her, and I’m clear that I will take an opportunity to do it again in the future.

- Ashlie W.

The most powerful thing I took away from this experience was that I was finally able to heal my heart. To really let go of a relationship that had been very difficult to end, and one that still weighed heavily on me.

As a result of going on retreat with Lisa, I am now able to approach life and making decisions with greater clarity rather than getting stuck in emotions and indecision.

If someone were on the fence about retreating with Lisa, my advice would be to GO! Yes, stepping into the unknown is scary, but it is so much more gentle an experience than you would expect.  A week on retreat with Lisa will do more for you than years in therapy, and will teach you about yourself in such a compassionate way.

- Dr. Peter B.

Learning from Lisa is such a beautiful process. I love her presence and ability to listen with her whole heart and being. And while holding you in that love, she also pushes you. She’s going to challenge you. I appreciate that. She’s going to call bullshit when she sees bullshit. And that’s kind of what we’re all here for. If we didn’t want to be challenged or pushed, we wouldn’t be doing this kind of stuff. I really love how she brings her whole heart and presence to the process.

- Kathy A.

right time to retreat?

Let's do this - together.

Just do it! The insights, transformations, and possibilities that this kind of experience opens up for you are priceless. I can't think of a better investment in yourself than something like this.

- Katelyn C.

Lisa holds a beautifully supportive and transformative space. There's some magic that happens in a group of women committed to supporting each other through change and Lisa provides the guidance and wisdom to make it happen. Also, the food was delicious. It felt like a treat to effortlessly eat well and be away from all the responsibilities of day-to-day life.

- Rachel L

A wise person once told me that there are 2 reasons that we might hesitate to say yes to coaching or a transformational retreat: 1) we lack confidence in the retreat leader to hold space or 2) we lack confidence in ourselves to change. You can be absolutely confident that Lisa will hold space for your transformation with ease, skill, honesty, laughter, and laser like intuition. And you will discover that your confidence has been waiting, perhaps a long time, for you to learn that you are braver, wiser, and more ready to live your desire than you could have ever imagined. Life is short. Go for it!

- Janet K.

You will benefit from this in one way or another! It will not be wasted money, time, or energy. In fact, the opposite! It will give you energy and move you forward because you cannot unlearn by yourself.
